ideally require around 4- 8 weeks turn around from receipt of your
order forms to delivery to your door.
This may vary depending on the
scale of your order and our workload. If this is the case we will
email you the
time required to produce your order once we have receive
your initial order form.
To place an order within
normal time scales this requires a 50% deposit with the full
outstanding balance to be
paid 4 weeks prior to stationery being despatched.
All orders will commence from date booking confirmed and payments showing as cleared funds.

offer a choice of postal services. Please select which one you require
when ordering. If you do require
your stationery to arrive on a
specific day or urgently, you will need to request Royal Mail Special
Delivery guaranteed next day.

ONLINE ORDER FORMS
our service is by appointment only we require you to fill out the
initial order form first. Having received this we will email you if a
booking is possible and you will be asked to fill in the order form
that applies to your order.
Please Note: you must fill in the
initial form first and await our response before proceeding to
providing us with your wedding details on our order forms.

supplier. We will try our best to meet your requirements in a shorter
ONLINE OR PAPER PROOFING
We appreciate that
many of our brides and grooms have many day to day demands. This means that time is
precious and you would like somebody to take the pressures of one
element of the wedding out of your hands.
We can do this by making the whole signing off process easy. We
usually initially send out a paper proof. If
any further changes are
required we will follow this up with online proofing which means the
stationery may be
signed off in minutes rather than waiting days for
Whilst every care is taken in producing your proofs,
it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all details
wordings are correct. Once you are satisfied with your proofs, please
sign, date and return.
If printing is not
already in progress for the order, we are willing to make minor
amendments to your order,
however large scale changes will incur
DETAILS FOR YOUR STATIONERY
also be advised that all text, guest list names & addresses must be
supplied in the provided spaces on the order form. All text is
lifted and pasted for printing and we do not manually input any
information due to typo errors. Spell checks are run on each printing
layout but it is the client’s responsibility to check for any errors or
misspelling's of names etc.
STOCK, MATERIALS & FINISHES
orders are subject to availability, ' Stylize Creative Services' will endeavour
to supply client as agreed but
cannot beheld responsible for
circumstances beyond its control. Such as Discontinued or out of stock
or colours, but will do its utmost to find suitable
alternatives to offer the client.
Please note that colours may vary depending on your monitor
display card used. Every effort is made to ensure 'lifelike '
likenesses are captured for each design.
We are more than happy to change the colour of any of our designs as long as it is feasible at no extra charge.
we request is that you send in the post to us a piece of fabric or a
cutting out of a magazine of the shade you
are trying to achieve and we
will make every effort to get as close to that shade as possible.
The same applies to the font. If you have a favourite let us know and we will use that if we have it at the studio.
client cancels order or terminates project and chooses not to complete,
any materials ordered or stationery produced and completed that exceeds
the 50 % deposit, will be payable by the client. Refunds will be given
at the discretion of 'Stylize Creative Services'
